Dr. Kinney received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington in 1980. He continued his training at the University of Washington Medical Center Hospital completing a one year residency program.
Dr. Kinney practices Family Dentistry and has special interest in crown and bridge restorations, implant dentistry and removable prosthodontics (dentures). He is a past member and Chairman of the Washington State Dental Quality Assurance Commission. He remains active in administration of dental licensure examinations throughout the country and will be President of the American Association of Dental Examiners in 2005.
Dr. Kinney is a member and past President of the Yakima Valley Dental Society and the Yakima Prosthodontic Society, a member of the American Dental Association and a fellow in the American College of Dentistry. He has been active in numerous other professional organizations.
Dr. Kinney is an Eastern Washington native and did his undergraduate study at Washington State University.
